Within my Aruba Airheads mobile app on my iPhone, there is one pending message, or response that I cannot locate within the app or online. This new message has been on my phone since Airheads in March 2014. Does anyone have an idea why this may be? Where can I go to find this one new message, response, alert, etc.?

Thanks for the alert. That is a little strange. I checked your account and no alerts on it. Sorry for the troubles. New Apps come with new problems. We will work on it.
Try uninstalling and redownloading the app. Let me know if it fixes the problem.
