Hello, we only have about 250 ip leases available on our guest network. These fill up frequently, out lease time is set to 2 hours at present. Is there a way to clear down users who have taken a lease but aren't using it ? we have may users who are at the logon role but never actually go further through the captive portal and change to guest role

If clients are in the logon role, they are legitimately consuming a lease, so you cannot clear them. You can only make the least shorter to try to deal with that, or choose a DHCP server that can supply more ip addresses.
