IAP-135 can't boot up

I am trying to boot up IAP-135 however I can't get Instant.

 

IAP135 diplays the following:

Pwr - Green

11A/N - Amber

11B/G/N - Amber

 

Reset the device still can't get Instant. What could have went wrong? Please advise;

Make sure that it's able to get an IP address

I would try recommend connecting the Laptop to the switch port to which IAP is connected to make sure we get correct ip address and able to reach the network i.e ip connectivity is good; then try connecting the IAP to see what happens. If we still have issues, please post the boot proces of IAP 135 to have a look.
