Hope you are doing well! I would like to deloy a WLAN network on two campus.
- the first campus will have 60 AP
- the second campus will have 35 AP
The two campus networks are connected to a centralized datacenter via a layer 3 network.
I would like to have 2 instant AP clusters on the first campus (30 AP on each cluster) and 1 instant APs cluster on the second campus (35 AP on each cluster). As I have the DHCP server and the hotspot management solution (for the captif portal) on the main datacenter, I would like to tunnel all the user trafic to the Datacenter via L2TP/IPsec VPN. thus, I will have a centralized Aruba controller on the datacenter to terminate the VPNs. I'm wondering about two things however:
1) Can I have two Instant AP cluster on the same location (the first campus for instance) and use two VPNs from this location to the main controller?
2) Do I have to configure the NAT-T at each campus router/Firewall?
May thanks for your help !
