HPE - Aruba Networking and Cisco CLI Reference Guide

Hi All,

HPE Networking has designed this CLI Reference Guide to help HPE/Aruba partners and customers who:

• Manage multi-vendor networks that include HPE/Aruba and Cisco switches

• Have experience deploying Cisco switches and are now deploying HPE/Aruba switches

HPN Networking and Cisco CLI Reference Guide (PDF is FREE)

NOTE:

HP Provision OS switches are now Aruba Switches (5400R, 3810, 2920, 2530 etc)

HP Comware OS switches are now HPE Switches (12500, 10500, 7500, 5510HI etc)

Thanks,

Jay

Re: HPE - Aruba Networking and Cisco CLI Reference Guide

Hi Tejen,

HPE means Comware

Aruba means Procurve/Provision

There will be solutions where both HPE and Aruba devices will be used. We will just have to decide based on the focus of the Solution (Campus or DC/SBN) to figure which format to write the document in. If a document is Campus focused we would use Aruba format, and if it is DC focused, we would use the HPE format.

Aruba = Campus
HPE = DC, Small Business, Campus devices.

Thanks,

Jay

Re: HPE - Aruba Networking and Cisco CLI Reference Guide

You guys should change the description of this categoryÑ

it says

Campus Switching

Put mobility first with wired access solutions to rightsize your campus architecture using mobility access switches, Aruba 3500 series, and many more fixed port and modular solutions

You shoudl change Aruba 3500 as that will dissapear and instead put all those models you just metions...

I think you guys should make 2 forums

One for Small business swithces

One for campus swithces  maybe?

Cheers

Carlos
