    Did something you read in the Community solve a problem for you?  If so, click "Accept as Solution" in the bottom right hand corner of the post.

     

    This will let others in the Community know that a problem has been solved and others can benefit from the answer as well.

    How to go back to unsolve if did by mistake or accepted as solution by mistake?

    Hi Nick IT,

     

    To unmark a solution, go to the post and click the ellipsis (3 dots) at the upper right corner.  In the dropdown list, click "Not the solution."  This option is only visible if you are the person who originally marked the post as the solution.
