HPE SSO account unlinked?

    Greetings!

     

    On attempting to login this morning using HPE SSO, I was presented with a new user registration form instead of being logged into my employee account.  I seem to be unable to access that account in any way, as entering my email address in the password reset form returns an 'account not found' error.

     

    Is there any way to fix this?
