    As this is a community feedback forum, I figured I'd toss a suggestion out.

    Have a "checkbox" or some other identifier to note MSP customers/clients/partners.  Frequently when trying to get support and help from the wonderful Airheads community, most if not all the feedback I get is in relation to the non-MSP customers and as such it frequently takes a while to get answers.

    Maybe a little avatar flag (akin to the "guru" "contributor" ect ones) or a forum dedicated to MSP support.
