Q:

How does controller Load balance feature works in VIA ?

If load balancing feature is enabled in VIA configuration, after downloading the profile on the client, VIA selects a random controller from the list of VIA servers, i.e controllers available in VIA configuration.

If this feature is disabled, VIA selects the first controller from the list. Once the controller is selected, VIA proceeds with VPN connection with the selected controller.
