Corporate firewall config for gotoassisst
We are having difficulties in initiating the screen sharing citrix gotoassist due to corporate firewall settings. What are the port numbers and IP ranges that need to be permitted so that screen-sharing can work?

 

Environment : Windows and Mac

 

1. Citrix goto assisst uses following port numbers on TCP : 8200,80 or 443.

2. Integrated webcam video support is configured through UDP :1853.


There is no port forwarding required for gotomeeting to work. In case the firewall is configured for IP / DNS filtering, please allow the domains and IP ranges as per the official citrix document:
