No. Telnet Serial Over Ethernet (SOE) does not work with the Aruba 620 controller on the 10/100 ports.

SOE requires specialized circuitry that is not present on the Aruba 6xx platform.

Note: SOE was for AP-6x/70 where the serial port was in the Ethernet port. All Aruba 'N' APs have a separate console port (RJ-45).
