We are trying to figure out why these APs are down in the RF plan. In this example, the APs are connected to the local switch.
To troubleshoot this issue, follow these steps:
1) From the master, does the AP respond to a PING? Correct any IP connectivity issues.
2) Verify that the master IP address is the active Aruba master. When there is a master/master redundancy configuration, make sure that the master IP is the VRRP IP interface.
3) Verify that the master IP is pointing to the correct switch.
A sample system profile is shown here. Again, make sure that the "Master controller IP address" is the correct IP address of the master controller.
