How are the SNMP results derived for 40 MHz & 80 MHZ channels ?
The values obtained via SNMP for 40MHz channels is calculated based on the following logic:
a) if the channel is represented as x+ (eg. 36+), the number seen in SNMP is 256 + x (256 + 36 = 292).
b) If the channel is represented as y- (eg. 40-), the number seen in SNMP is 768 + y (768 + 40 = 808).
If it’s an 80 MHz channel, then 1024 needs to be added to the channel to get the number seen in SNMP.
