Which Aruba APs support 802.11n?

Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba controllers and ArubaOS versions.

These Aruba APs support 802.11n:

  • AP-120 is a single-radio AP with three RP-SMA connectors for external antennas. Works on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, but not both simultaneously.

  • AP-121 is a single-radio AP with integrated antennas. Works on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, but not both simultaneously.

  • AP-124 is a dual-radio AP with three RP-SMA connectors for external antennas. Supports simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation.

  • AP-105 and AP-125 are dual-radio APs with integrated antennas. Support simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation.

Newer additions like AP-135, AP-92, and AP-93 also support 802.11n. Going forward, it is likely that new APs released by Aruba will support 802.11n unless mentioned specifically.
