Question:  Can the transmit power and channel be configured manually on the Instant AP?

Yes, you can push static settings to the Instant AP. You can configure the transmit power and channel on the IAP through the web.

Edit the ARM profile to increase or decrease the transmit power.

Disable ARM to set the channel.
