Does IAP can initiate VPN tunnel to other vendor VPN concentrator?

IAP can initiate VPN tunnel only with Aruba controller for now.

IAP code: 4.2.1.0

The reason why VPN tunnel will not work with other vendor is due to the fact that the Aruba controller has iapmgr process which has the ability to read the Registration message send by the IAP at the time of establishing the VPN tunnel. 

Also due to security reasons we need to whitelist the IAP MAC address on the Aruba controller such that IPsec tunnel will be established only between the IAP and the Aruba controller and NOT with other vendor VPN servers. 

Note: IAP cannot initiate VPN tunnel with A650 controller because the iapmgr process is not present on this controller.
