HTTP proxy servers are usually deployed by administrators to control the direct flow of http traffic towards internet. If your IAP is deployed in a wired network, which requires an HTTP proxy server to access the internet, you need to configure HTTP proxy on the IAP.After you set up the HTTP proxy settings, the IAP can connect to the Activate server, AirWave Management platform, Central, or OpenDNS server through a secure HTTP connection.Below shows are the series of steps to be taken on web interface to configure HTTP Proxy:
Note: As, shown above, you can also configure a list of hosts which do not need proxy by providing their host names or IP address.From Command Line Interface:
