How to disable Instant SSID completely?

If we delete the "instant" SSID on the IAP and in fact have no SSID’s configured on the VC and if the IAP reboots the default "instant" SSID would get auto-generated as per design.

However, if we enable the following command and if no SSID is configured, the default instant SSID would not get generated, even if the IAP gets rebooted.

(IAP)# disable-prov-ssid 
(IAP)# commit  apply 
committing configuration...
configuration committed.
(IAP)# wr me 
Save configuration.
