IAP custom port for speed test

This IAP custom port is available from code 4.2.3

•Speed test using iperf for AP uplink bandwidth measurement is supported since 4.2.1.

•This release adds an ability to define custom port for speed test.

From CLI

Host# speed-test <serverip>  <proto> server-port <port>

Config command

Host# configure t

We now support CLI commit model, please type "commit apply" for configuration to take effect.

Host (config) # speed-test

Host (speed-test) # server-port <port>

Test# show speed-test
