Whitelisting email address to avoid reject/bounce issue with central invite mail.

What email address to be whitelisted to avoid Aruba Central invite mail from getting rejected/bounced?



A:

At times, the invite letter or welcome mail sent to the customers post Aruba Central Registration may get rejected/bounced by the recipient mail server with the following error "550 5.1.1 recipient rejected". In such cases we can suggest customer's to whitelist the below address in their mail server  as the mails from central are sent using this address, 

"noreply@arubanetworks.com”
