    I have IAP connected to a L2 switch. The network has a DHCP server. There is no access to Activate server, no Aruba Central, no wireless lan controller or Airwave. Can a pre-defined configuration  be pushed to the IAP and applied from a third party management platform.

    No this is not possible.



    The only way you could do something like this is to have a script the SSHs
    to the VC and copies a configuration or enters it in.
