    If I am running Instant OS 4.0.1 with AMP 7.7.5. I attempted to change the passphrase of an SSID from the template in AMP 7.7.5. That failed. Not only did the new passphrase fail, but so did the old passphrase. Given the firmware that I have on the IAP and AMP, what is the best way to change the passphrase of an SSID?

    Yes this is possible.  Using templates, the new passphrase will get pushed but the config will be mismatched.  Post the change, please try and re-fetching the template to resolve the mismatch.

     

    If you are having more issues, please post screenshots of what is happening.

    Thanks Seth. For some reason when I iniitially attempted this, it did not work. Another engineer attempted the process again and it worked. The first time I must have typed the passphrase incorrectly.
