I have a single click captive portal page setup on Clearpass that is used for BYOD devices, so they just click accept and then get internet only.  This is not the standard config for the ssid, but rather a role that is returned by Clearpass and then enforce captive portal rule.

What seems to be happening is that after the user clicks accept, they then get the captive portal from the IAP so go nowhere.

Any idea how to fix this?  It is setup as per the doc here  https://afp.arubanetworks.com/afp/index.php/Terms_and_Conditions_on_ClearPass#Terms_Only_Web_Logins

    Thanks

    Hi

Can you post the snippets from the IAP config relating the roles and the SSID configuration.

    Thanks

Ok, I got TAC to look at this and apparently this is not possible.  The user is authenticated and given the BYOD role.  Since on the IAP there is no pre-auth role for this, it won't work, and hence they get redirected back to the IAP portal.
