I need to install a ap-225 in standalone mode, is there a quick way to do this via the console port

    I have a ap-225 and I want to install it in standalone mode

    Does anyone have the configuration for that via the console port ?

     

    I have an external power pack on it and it comes up in my terminal program.

    Is it an AP or IAP?

    Yes an   AP-225

    The AP-225 is a controller-based AP.  As such, you must first get connectivity to a controller and configure it.  You can configure the SSID in "always mode" which will then allow the SSID to come up even if no controller is present on boot.
