IAP-105 Conversion Failed

    Hi,

     

    I tried to convert IAP-105 with 6.2 code to controller 7210 6.4 code but failed. I've updgraded that IAP to 6.4 but still lower than controller code also failed to convert. The error message is failed to retrieve image. FYI, we have local-master controller and the ap all point to local. Do i need to put the local ip address instead of master ip address during the conversion?Thanks

    Which controller is your firmware distribution point?

    Also, is it accessible from the iAP's subnet?
