How can I improve my IAP's ability to recognise clients OS? I have 20+ clients connected right now and it does not show their OS. They are all using a supported OS from the aruba standards.

Those clients need to open a browser, so that they can be classified.

I recently updated my instant wifi network to 6.2.1.0-3.4.0 and lost the ability to fingerprint the OS of any device connected. I was able to see iPhone, Win7, etc before the firmware update. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?
