Aruba Central will be updated to fully support IAP v.4.1 over the next few weeks.
There are now two web-content filtering techniques in IAP and it can be easy to confuse the two: OpenDNS and the new web-categorization (uses BrightCloud on the backend).
OpenDNS requires a subscription directly with OpenDNS.
The web-categorization feature of AppRF will require an IAP feature license.
Keep in mind that IAP AppRF is two parts: native DPI that can identify ~1,500 applications + web-categorization. The native DPI portion of AppRF does not require anything and is free.
