    I have an IAP 225 that will not authenticate clients to an external radius server.  Shared Keys have been verified on both the IAP and the radius server.  Radius Server has IAP VC address configured.  IAP logs show radius dropping the request but the same is not seen in Radius logs.  On the IAP when looking at "show ap debug radius-statistics" the servers show as not being used when they should be used, what would cause that?

     Is the radius server even showing failed authentications?  You need to figure out a way to determine why the radius server is not seeing the traffic, from a network perspective, so you can understand both sides of the issue.
