SSH to RAP-3?

    Is it possible to enable SSH on my RAP-3 that operates the Instant network? I can see it on the network.

     

    Nmap scan report for 192.168.104.242
    Host is up (0.010s latency).

    You cannot SSH into the RAP-3 that is working as an Instant AP but you can telnet into it.

    Telnet is disabled by default, and you can enable it from the web UI of the Virtual controller.
    Here is a KB to enable telnet on IAP.

    Thanks HT - I'm getting used to the UI now :)

     

    The option has moved though and should be updated in the KB. It's under Settings >> Show Advanced Options >> General

     

    (there should be an image here)

    Terminal Access Setting Moved

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    That seems to work. Here are some telnet results:

     

    00:1a:1e:08:59:79# show ip interface brief
