I picked up a Aruba Instant 93 and I am trying to play around with guest access.  I want to deny any access to local resources and only give customers access to the internet.  Is this achievable?

Based on the snapshot you provided , you are on the right track.

You can use a role based setup and then apply the rules (ACLs) there

Try this out. Change the 10.X.X.X subnet to whatever your internal network is.
