Q: I've got IOS APs, and I've configured AMP to not reboot them after I send a new config file to them. But I can tell by the devices' uptime that they're being rebooted. Why?A: If you tell AMP to not reboot, we'll never issue a reboot command. However, there are some known IOS issues that AMP has no control over and can cause the devices to reboot, including this:CSCsc97727Access Point Crashes When Removing TACACS ServerRelease NotesSymptom:Access point may crash when adding and removing TACACS servers in the CLI.Conditions:This issue is observed in 12.3(7)JA1 and 12.3(7)JA2, and was fixed in 12.3(8)JA.Workaround:Use RADIUS instead of TACACS orRemove the commandaaa accounting commands 15 default start-stop group tac_admin
