AMP 5.2 adds an optional "use write mem" feature for IOS APs. By default, the control to enable it will not show up in the AMP GUI. 

To make the option show up in the UI, set seas_config.allow_write_mem to 1 like this:

# echo "update seas_config set allow_write_mem = 1;" | db

If the user then enables it (it's a per-template setting), AMP copies the (merged) running-config back to the startup-config (prior to rebooting, if we're also rebooting).
