Error message: "Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_perl.so" :-

Jul 01, 2014 02:30 AM

1. I get this error message:

Error: Starting httpd: httpd______________________________________: Syntax error on line 171 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/perl.conf: Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_perl.so into server: libperl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

2. How do I fix that?

A. Try this command:

# ml

3. How did I get into that state?
Possibly by running the amp_upgrade script. Upgrades should always be done by running start_amp_upgrade.
