Flash Graphs not refreshing (not displaying current time)

Known Issue Alert (6.3.6)

In Internet Explorer (not Firefox), the latest version of flash: 10.0.32.18 caches very aggressively resulting in the bandwidth graphs not refreshing automatically as they should (regardless of console refresh rate and browser cache settings). This causes the graph to not refresh and show the current time. Current workaround suggests using Firefox or another browser temporarily.
