Use the picture of the unit in question and the vendor-specific part numbers for reference.
After identifying the unit in question, you need to verify the port for the correct QOS setting and duplex and speed. The Netlink 150 is only 10BaseT. If the duplex is misconfigured on the core switch, you will see error on the port. The QOS on the port should also be checked.
Special note: when making a change on the Netlink 150, there is the potential to lock out the all the phones. Note that some commands will put the unit into a maintenance mode. The only way to recover is to reset the unit, which will disrupt the phone service for a particular unit.
