How to reset the Campaign on APP Viewer for push notifications.

Q:

Many times we will need to test the Campaign if its working or not, after configuring it, to make sure, the end user is seeing the correct notifications, we wanted them to see.

How to reset the Campaign on APP Viewer for push notifications for both Android and IOS?



A:

AppViewer - iOS:

 

  *   Server, campaign reset menu and console log: After selecting a location, tap the magnifying glass and rapidly tap on the screen

 

AppViewer - Android:

 

  *   Server, campaign reset menu and console log: After selecting a location, tap the context menu and select Settings. Then, rapidly tap on the Version info and shake the device. Then tap the back button and return to the Settings menu.

 

After resetting, we could test the campaign notifications again, without any issues. We could reset the campaign, "n" number of times, as per our requirement.
