    A warning to folks who use Airwave to manage iAP...

     

    In 7.73 and 7.74, attempting to upload the latest iAP firmware (3.4.0.1) turned the firmware page in Airwave to an Error Page -- lots of database output and a suggestion to send a copy to support -- at least my implementation does.

     

    TAC reports that there's a known bug which can lead to this state, and that the fix should be in 7.7.5 due by the end of the month.

     

    Of course, your mileage may vary and there are other ways to manage firmware for the iAP family.

    Figured others might want to know there's a risk.

    I see this post is flagged as having no response, none is needed, so I'll provide one.

    Be nice if 7.7.5 would come out soon though...
