it seems that lync app is missing from the airwave apprf/ usage information while it exist in the controller apprf / applications usage .

other applications information is being collected .

performance graphs in the airwave are showing that airwave is collecting data using amon & snmp .

any ideas ? 

* tomorrow i will add some screenshots from the airwave & controller .

In controller we see the voice data details in UCC dashboard. In Airwave we see the voice call details in UCC page.

thanks for the info on UCC (Dont need UCC) Just want to visualze the APPRF on Airwave (and the controller dashboard is seems contain Lync usage but cant see it on the appliaction list of the AirWave APPRF)

the APPRF appliaction list is diffrent and missing Lync (Please review attached screenshots)

In my lab server, I am seeing the lync details in AppRF tab.Does all the Application items  listed in Home>AppRF page, if not change the iteam list number.

we are using skype4b / lync ,

we changed the number of recoreds per page to 500 & reorder by application name .. lync / lync-online app category is stil missing from the airwave apprf .

Does all the AMON stats enabled on the contorller, UCC, session, inline and other stats?
