Hello,

Im trying to backup my procurve switch configs into airwave. I created 2 folders. 1 folder with a 2930 switch and 1 folder with a 2520 switch.

When i run the audit i can only see this output:

In the AMP settings the number of backups to keep is 10.

I can see all the ports in airwave and i doublechecked the credentials and SNMP settings. This all looks good and i even can run commands.

I also tryed to create a backup job with manual time. also here here is no success.

Hi,

May I know model/firmware version of switch.Does configuration status is showing as Good for switch in APs/Device>monitor page?

Does credentials which you have configured have full rights to execute the commands?

In Switch's APs/Devcies>Audit page , we see configuration backup details.

In telnet/audit log, I see you have stacked the switch, as per this message it says to enable include-credentials on all the switches which are part of stacking.

Have you enabled this option on all stack switches?

It looks like its a firmware issue...On the old switch i cant get it to work. On the 2930 its no problem.

Hello, I'm new to AirWave and getting ready to work on setting up backups for an Aruba stack and some Cisco switches. Did you find any useful step by step in how and where to go to do this? I honestly don't know where to start in the AMP system and I don't see good documentation regarding this.
