Airwave - Floor plan background turns black

    Hi All,

     

    When adding certain floor plan images to VisualRF on Airwave the background of the floor plan image turns black.. Obviously this isn't ideal!

     

    Any idea why this is and how to stop it?

     

    It's occurs after I've uploaded the image, set the measurement and clicked next. If I proceed the background stays black. I did not crop the image in Airwave.

    Turned out that the image files had a transparent background. Airwave didn't like it one bit.

     

    Updated to white background and everything is now lovely.
