Just wondering about this report and the issues reported. What exactly are the issues that are reported?
Is it the server timing out or is it just a count of client failures?

The report is supposed to be a gauge for RADIUS issues. If you have multiple controllers, it can help pinpoint if any of the controllers are having difficulty authenticating clients - this may require manual trending over several report periods. If you have multiple RADIUS servers, it can point out if any servers are causing a bottleneck. You can also define which clients are observing failures, and seek out those users to pro-actively tackle authentication issues.
