Airwave cli access

    Hello guys

    i got a fast qusetion

    there is a user that i see that TAC use sometimes which they need to create, which user does not have access.

     

    My question is

    This user that has root access to airwave are just intent for TAC use, and only TAC should use it? or you can ask the TAC to create you a user to get yourself root access?

    nevermind, i already saw in arubapedia that custumer should not be expdected to have this access

    The TAC acct is for TAC only.  The idea is that any operation needed by the customer should be accessible from the AMPCLI or GUI.  If there's an operation you encounter that you can't currently perform, please open a TAC case so that we can get it tracked for fixing in a future release.
