Airwave showing Controller down, but it's actually up

    We recently removed a 800 controller that we are not using but was connected to the network.  Don't know if it's related, but Airwave is now showing one of our 6000 controllers, that supports a large campus, as being down with all the APs that associate to it.

     

    The controller is not down nor the APs.  We can ping the controller and the APs.

    You might want to go to the monitor screen for that controller and determine why Airwave thinks it is down.
