Airwave triggers escalation messages or emails

    Hi,

     

    One of our customer wants to use Airwave to trigger alarms and send emails/notifications on an escalation methodology, as in, wait for 10 minutes , if there is no response , send notifications to the next tier engineers and so on. Is this possible to do with Airwave ?
