Can't connect Airwave Management Client to Airwave

I am testing the Airwave Management Client.  I found the instructions to setup the role in AMP, setup the user "client", and download and install the software.  However, on the "Last AMP Update" it always indicates "failed".  If I check the diagnostic log on the client, I see the following error "Http error:  [12007] [The server name or address could not be resolved]

 

In the server details on the client, I configured the AMP IP address, along with the password of the "client" user I had setup in AMP.

 

From the laptop that is running AMC, I can ping the server as well as access the web interface.  I ran tcpdump on the Airwave server and see ICMP echoes and replies coming from / to my client, but no HTTP(s) traffic.  I am running Windows 8.1 on my laptop and I do not have Windows firewall running.

 

Does anyone have any ideas of what I should try.

I haven't seen that specific error before.  Please try opening a support case with TAC.
