Does Airwave Linux allow 3rd party backup agent to be installed

    Hi all

     

    Just wondering if anyone knows if an Airwave Linux virtual machine would allow a CentOS compatible 3rd party backup agent (Datto) to be installed on it for to backup the unit and allow us to failover the VM to a separate backup device.

    Airwave should be considered an appliance rather than Linux system. It does not support or allow third party software installation.

     

    Backups for Airwave to an external system can be configured from the Airwave CLI. Check the Airwave User Guide, Appendix B: AMP Command Line Interface for further details on how to set that up.
