We just upgraded four 7200 controllers to 6.4 AOS. AppRF shows on the dashboard with no problem. On one controller (local) I can't get anything to show in UCC (no data found). On the other local I get UCC info but all of the Vocera calls are showing up as unknown. I have done all the steps including enabling UCC parameters in the "mgmt-server profile default-amp" on all three controllers (master and two locals) . Don't know what I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks..

Looks your cofiguration is fine,
Dashboard shows unknown if UCC_Score value is "NA" from controller cli i.e "show ucc call-info cdrs".
Will keep you updated if any Specific configuration needs on controller side to get this UCC_Score value for Vocera call.
