Our help desk needs Airwave access to troubleshoot client connectivity issues, which may include UCC troubleshooting as well. Not wanting to give them access to things they shouldn't have (config/audit/etc) I created a role with "Ap/Device Manager" access and "Monitor (Read only)". With this access, the UCC link in client dashboard does nothing. If you click on it, it either displays nothing or redirects you to the home page. Is this normal? I'm seeing this in 8.0.9.2 and 8.2.0.1. Thankfully the UCC data is available in the client detail screen.
