Hi 

We are using Instant config mode within our airwave v8.2.0.1  and all looks good.

However,  the PCI compliance report comes back with a fail due to Mismatches.  There are none.

 

If we switch off Instant config  The report passes successfully.

 

Are these 2 processes incompatible?

I would suggest upgrading to 8.2.1.1 for the latest fixes regarding IGC.

What version of code are you running on the iAP?

There is a lag between iAP code updates and Airwave updates - such that Airwave doesn't always parse iAP configurations as new features are added in iAP and aren't quite caught up in Airwave.

Possibly the two management modes aren't quite in sync either.

I will try updating the airwave server and let you know how it goes.

The IAP firmware is 6.4.2.6-4.1.1.11 Does this need to be later also?

Upgraded to firmware 8.2.1.1  -  Still now joy.  It does the same
