I get this message when I try to telnet into one of my controllers. "Sorry, maximum number of connections reached!" Unfortunately I may have caused this issue my self by changing the exec-timeout to 0. So I guess everytime I logged in and didn't log out, those sessions just accumulated until I reached the session limit. I guess the question that i'm asking is, can I bypass this some way without having to reboot the controller?
You need to connect to the console to log some sessions out. You would do this by connecting to the console of the controller and then:
type "show loginsessions" to see who is logged in
Type "clear loginsession <session id>" to kick people off.
Thank you.
